PLASITOR

The "Plasitor" name belongs to an original classic square mesh made by the "BETAFENCE" company. This is the best quality mesh available on the Czech marketplace to date, made from steel galvanized wires that are coated with protective plastic film. This treatment secures its long, maintenance-free life. The mesh is packaged in compact rolls of 25 m with unique paper or plastic foil inserts at the beginning of the roll, for easy opening before installation. It is recommended that galvanized tensing wires be used, as well as wire ties, stretchers, round posts and braces.

Keeps its shape and elasticity

Plasitor has strong, interior wires, which maintains the shape of the fencing. This affords the user a simple installation. Elasticity is guaranteed by the woven-in wires.

Long durability

The Betafence surface finish technology is the latest one and guarantees extra long product durability. After galvanizing, the wire is coated with special protective layer of durable PVC. The product's durability is guaranteed for 10 years.

Vegetation

The Plasitor fence may be installed with an upper rail, which is an ideal solution for coverage with climbing plants.

Mesh

The mesh is made from hard steel wire with a simple weave. The mesh is square shaped. The edges on both sides are tied. Type 50/3,70: one side with ties and one side with spikes. Rolls length: 25 m

Posts

Welded tube round posts. Steel pull strength: 321 - 510 N/mm2, as per DIN 2394. Tensing wires and intermediate posts are ended with wire holder, 40 mm from the upper part of the post. Posts 3100 mm and higher, have a wire holder every 495 mm. The wire holder is made from polyamides with glass fibre and further contains basic stainless steel elements. The posts are capped with a plastic cover. In fences with vegetation, the distance between posts and the post's diameter must be adapted to the given situation.

Gates

The Plasitor System comes with the Fortinet or Robusta brand gates made according to the latest technology: single wing, double wing or sliding gates.

Surface finish technology

The steel wires are galvanized and then plastic coated. The posts are galvanized inside and out (min. layer thickness is 275 g/m² for both sides) as per European norm 10147. After that, an adhesion-supporting surface finish is applied and in the end, the posts are plastic coated (min. 60 microns).

PLASITOR TENIS

The "Plasitor Tenis" name belongs to an original classic square mesh made by the "BETAFENCE" company. Speciality of this type of mesh is the reduced size of eyelets to keep tennis balls in. This is the best quality mesh available on the Czech marketplace to date, made from steel galvanized wires that are coated with protective plastic film. This treatment secures its long, maintenance-free life. The mesh is packed in rolls with length of 18m. It is recommended that galvanized tensing wires be used in installation, as well as wire ties, stretchers, round posts and braces.
